MAX-a-MILLION - from the commish's desk

My Fellow Stickballers, today was a very special day for our league. We had Dave Miller along with his French Horn play the National Anthem. Thank you Dave for your beautiful music. We recited the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence for the Covid 19 victims and all the military that sacrificed their lives throughout all the wars we faced.

Before the game, we presented Roger ( Al Kaline ) Goehring with a plaque for his dedication and hard work.

We had an AWESOME turnout with 18 players and many spectators on the sidelines cheering us on. A great showing for our Stickball League.

We also want to thank Ed Hance for the photos he was taking during the ceremony and throughout the game. We cannot wait for the images to show up on our blog created by Roger Goehring.

I am looking forward to our league growing through SunCity and beyond.
